Ride Klosters
Like a Local

Private local MTB guiding, tailored to your level, your bike and the conditions of the day.

Why ride with a local guide?

More time riding, less time planning

A local guide means you spend the day riding, not studying maps or guessing which trails are good that morning. Every booking includes route knowledge of the local trail network and less obvious combinations, route selection based on current trail and weather conditions, difficulty and distance matched to your group, knowledge of lift-assisted options, flexibility to change plans during the day, technique tips and line choice when useful, and one relaxed private guide as your single point of contact.

One guide — your kind of ride

Same booking, whatever style you ride

There's one Local Guiding product, not six different ones at six different prices. These are examples of what fits in a single day with your guide.

Trail Guiding

Flowing singletrack, natural trails, scenic routes and local favourites.

Enduro Guiding

Long descents, technical terrain and lift-assisted route combinations.

E-MTB Guiding

Longer routes, extra climbing range and alpine exploration.

Family / Private Group

A relaxed pace and route choice adapted to the group.

Technique on the Trail

Practical tips on line choice, braking, cornering and position, worked in while you ride.

Custom Day

Combine distance, technical level, views and lunch stops into one tailor-made day.

Rider levels

Find your level

  • Easy / Developing — comfortable on a mountain bike, looking for manageable trails with guidance and confidence building.
  • Intermediate — confident on singletrack, ready for roots, rocks, tighter corners and longer descents.
  • Advanced — comfortable on technical natural trails, steeper terrain and sustained descents.
  • Expert — looking for demanding, technically challenging lines where conditions and the guide's assessment allow.
Who this is for

  • Intermediate and advanced trail riders
  • Enduro riders after long, lift-assisted descents
  • E-MTB riders after longer alpine tours
  • Families and small private groups

Two options. That's it.

One private guide, 1–6 riders, same price whatever kind of riding you want — trail, enduro, E-MTB, family or a custom day. For groups larger than six, we bring in an additional guide: price on request.

How it works

FAQ

Questions riders actually ask

Do I need to be an advanced rider?

No. We guide every level from Easy/Developing to Expert — the route is chosen to match your group.

Can I book with an E-MTB?

Yes, E-MTB guiding is one of the standard riding styles included in the same booking.

Is the price per person?

No — it's a private group price for the guide, covering 1–6 riders.

How many riders can join one guide?

Up to six. Larger groups get an additional guide — price on request.

Are lift passes included?

No, lift tickets are not included in the guiding price.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your guide adapts or shortens the route. Safety and current conditions always come first.

Can the guide help with technique?

Yes — practical line choice, braking, cornering and position tips are worked in naturally while you ride.

Where do we meet?

[MEETING POINT TO CONFIRM] — exact details are confirmed after booking.

Can I rent a bike locally?

[RENTAL PARTNER TO CONFIRM] — let us know when you enquire and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can we request a specific type of trail or tour?

Yes — tell us what you're after (flow, technical, alpine, family-paced) when you book and your guide will build the day around it.

Your day. Your trails. Your local guide.
